Villa Nazende(Fethiye)

Villa Nazende is a beautiful 4-bedroom property located in the Calis area of Fethiye. Thanks to its convenient location, Calis Beach can be reached within a 10-minute walk. The property offers a jacuzzi in one of the double bedrooms and a sauna for ultimate relaxation for our guests. Furnishings are modern and generous. Outside, the property has a sun terrace surrounded by a lush garden area. The sun terrace comprises a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, two swing seats, outdoor seating and a BBQ. There is also a children's playground in the garden area.

The living room features a lovely sofa set, coffee table, air conditioning, flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, two swinging seats, outdoor seating, a shaded al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
