Villa Mehtap is one of our 6 bedroom for up to sleep 11 guests economic villas located in the heart of Kalkan called Ortaalan. The property has been decorated with nice furnitures both interior and exterior. It is highly suitable for larger groups of families or friends. On the large pool terrace, you can enjoy the unique views of Kalkan Bay while you are relaxing, drinking and socialising with the other members of the party. With its great location, Villa Mehtap is only 15-20 minute walk from Kalkan town center, shops and beaches.

Living Room

Open plan spacious living area has L-shape comfy furnitures, coffee table, wall mounted flat screen TV, dining table, air conditioning and complimentary internet. Sliding glass doors connect to the pool terrace.

Kitchen

Fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, oven, hob and all the utensils required for a self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The large swimming pool included children's paddling pool on the front side is situated on the pool terrace. The pool terrace has also sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, al fresco dining table and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
