Villa Luna 1, situated in the Ulugol area of Kalkan, is a stunning property comprising 3 en-suite bedrooms, an indoor swimming pool (please be aware that the pool does not have heating), and an outdoor pool. The master double bedroom offers a jacuzzi for an enhanced experience of relaxation. The living space features a modern design, while the dining area and kitchen reflect a stylish design and are fully equipped with contemporary amenities. The outdoor space features a pool terrace with a private swimming pool, along with sun loungers, parasols, comfortable outdoor seating, an al fresco dining table, and a BBQ.

The villa is located just a short 3-4 minute taxi ride from the centre of Kalkan. Additionally, there are two nearby supermarkets, BIM and Migros Jet.

Note: The villa's indoor pool can be heated upon request for an additional cost of 1000 TL daily.

The living room features comfortable sofa set, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. There is a utility room including a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
