Villa Lala Lend is nestled in the Kalamar area of Kalkan. This magnificent villa offers an enchanting retreat just a leisurely 10 minute stroll from Kalamar, Lures and Kulube Beach Clubs and Kalkan town centre just a 20-25 minute walk away. The property has 4 generously appointed bedrooms and the indulgent addition of a sauna. On the lower ground floor there is a shaded seating area that is perfect for moments of quiet reflection or an intimate gathering. The living room, dining area and kitchen are airy and offer plenty of space for socialising and quiet contemplation. Outside, the villa features a lovely sun terrace with private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, a shaded al fresco dining table, kitchenette and a BBQ.

Living Room

The living room features a cozy L-shape sofa, coffee table, air conditioning, flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. There is a utility room including a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, a shaded al fresco dining table, kitchenette and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £100 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
