Villa July is located in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan. The villa has 5 bedrooms and capacity of 10 people, among one of our best deal villas ideal for larger families and groups of friends. It has magnificent views of the sea, Mouse and Snake Islands and the city views. You can admire the unique sunsets of Kalkan in its large pool terrace area. It is only 4-5 minute drive from town centre, shops, restaurants and beaches.

The modern open plan fully eqipped kitchen includes appliances such as fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, oven, hob, microvawe, toaster, dining table and all the other utensils required for self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

Pool terrace includes a private swimming pool with an integrated children's paddling pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, al fresco dining table and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
