Villa Gold(Kalkan, Centre)

Villa Gold, situated in the central Ortaalan area of Kalkan, is one of two adjoining villas. It's just a 15-minute walk to Kalkan's old town and a 5-minute walk to the nearest supermarket. Villa Gold has 2 beautifully designed double bedrooms, each with sea views. The top-floor bedroom benefits from an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom of the first-floor bedroom is situated in the hallway of the same floor. The villa's interior offers a comfortable living space, a well-equipped kitchen and a dining table for 4 people. The villa has also a plenty of outdoor space, complete with a pool terrace which includes a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating and portable BBQ.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom : First floor, A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

2. Bedroom : Second floor under the eaves, A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

The modern living room features a sofa set, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV, coffee table, iron, ironing board and complimentary wifi. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, breakfast bar, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
