The top floor features an open-air jacuzzi, providing a tranquil space to relax and take in the panoramic vistas. Exceptional sea views can be enjoyed from the balconies and terrace, painting a picture of tranquility that's hard to resist. Inside, the villa radiates elegance with tastefully decorated interiors and a cozy living room complete with a fireplace. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen caters to all culinary needs, creating a home away from home experience. Outside, the well-appointed pool terrace invites guests to enjoy the private swimming pool, the perfect spot for a refreshing swim or leisurely relaxation in the warm Kalkan days.

5. Bedroom : Rooftop/third floor, Twin beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. Please be aware that due to the bedroom being built into the eaves, there are areas with very limited ceiling height.

Living Room

Living room includes comfortable furnitures, air conditioning, dining table, wall mounted flat screen TV, coffee table, iron, ironing board, complimentary wifi. Sliding doors provide easy access to pool area.

Kitchen

Elegantly designed kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, fridge, oven, hob and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

There is a large swimming pool. Pool terrace comprise comfy sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, al fresco dining table and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
