Villa Dionysus, one of the four Likya View Villas in Kalkan, represents an excellent opportunity for its guests. The property is situated in a prime location within the town centre, making it one of the most sought-after villas in the area. The villa's prime location makes it a highly sought-after choice for guests, as it is just a short 8-9 minute stroll from the vibrant town centre, which boasts a great selection of excellent restaurants, lovely shops, bars and beaches. 

Villa Dionysus offers a serene and comfortable accommodation experience. The property features 4 en-suite bedrooms, three private balconies, and an open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area, providing a spacious and airy ambiance for gatherings. 

The villa's outside area is its most notable feature, offering an expansive pool terrace with an extended wooden deck which was made in 2024 where sun loungers are placed and beautiful sea views can be enjoyed.

Note: If you are travelling with a larger group and would like to have more than one property nearby, Villa Dionysus is located next to Villa Iris and close to Villa Hermes, Villa Selene and Villa Yakut.

Living Room

The spacious living room includes two leather sofas, a leather armchair, air conditioning, dining table, flat screen TV, coffee table, iron, ironing board, complimentary wifi. The sliding doors provide easy access to pool area.

Kitchen

The fully-equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, water cooler, fridge, oven, hob and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

There is a large private swimming pool. The pool terrace comprise sun loungers, parasols, a swing seat, two rocking chairs and a small table, rattan outdoor seating area, pergola shaded al fresco dining table and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
