Villa Ariassos 2(Fethiye)

Villa Ariassos 2 is one of two nearly identical luxury properties situated next to each other in the Ovacik area of Fethiye. The property is approximately a 10-minute walk from the centre of Oludeniz, where various restaurants, shops, and supermarkets are available. Oludeniz Beach can be reached within a 6-7 minute taxi drive from the property.

The villa features 4 en-suite bedrooms with well-appointed furnishings. The interior includes a living space and kitchen that facilitate comfort and practicality for relaxation after daily activities. The outdoor area boasts a pool terrace equipped with a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, an al fresco dining table, and a stone barbecue.

Living Room

The living room features two large sofas and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The sliding glass doors provide access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen

The fully-equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dining table, and all necessary utensils for your self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The spacious pool terrace includes a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, a swing seat, an outdoor dining table, and a stone BBQ. An attendant is responsible for daily cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn the additional cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £100, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
