Villa Ardic is a 3-bedroom modern villa in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan. The villa's interior design is elegantly styled, and the exterior offers ample space for enjoying the sunshine.

The property offers fantastic sea views, especially from the top-floor bedroom. 

The property is just a 10-12 minute walk from Kalkan town centre, restaurants, shops and bars. It is also conveniently located within easy reach of the Migros supermarket.

Ground Floor

The villa features a spacious open-plan design on the ground floor, incorporating a living area, kitchen, and dining areas. The lounge contains an L-shaped sofa, an armchair, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The kitchen has amenities such as a dishwasher, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, and hob. A dining table for 6 is also located within the kitchen area.

First Floor

There are two bedrooms situated on this level.

Bedroom 1 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, and wardrobes.

Bedroom 2 is a twin room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, and wardrobes.

Second/Top Floor

This floor houses the villa's last bedroom, which has direct access to the private roof terrace with sea views and features two sun loungers.

Bedroom 3 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, and wardrobes.

Outdoors

The elegant pool terrace boasts a private swimming pool, accompanied by sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, and two additional comfortable patio chairs. There is a dining table that accommodates 6 people, and a stone BBQ is situated on the side of the property. An attendant performs daily cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
