Villa Amore is located in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan. It is a spacious villa with 4 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 guests, making it highly suitable for larger groups and families. All of the bedrooms feature sea-facing balconies with swinging seats, allowing guests to enjoy the stunning views. The villa's rooftop terrace is a highlight, boasting an open-air jacuzzi, a pergola-shaded outdoor seating area, and a kitchenette. This is the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffees or evening drinks while taking in the beautiful vistas. The villa's interiors are modern, with a well-equipped kitchen and a dining area. The sun terrace is spacious, providing ample space for guests to relax and soak up the sun. Villa Amore is situated just a 15-20 minute walk or a 3-4 minute taxi drive from the Kalkan town centre, making it conveniently located for exploring the local area.

The living room features 2 elegant sofas, an armchair, coffee table set, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, water dispenser, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating area, swing and a stone BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
