Villa Alp is a modern rental property in the centre of Kalkan, offering a combination of accessibility, comfort, and tranquillity. It is located directly across from the Mogons Exclusive Hotel, allowing guests to use the spa amenities available there.

The villa is a 5-minute walk from Kalkan’s town centre, which features a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, and a harbour. 

Villa Alp features 3 en-suite bedrooms, suitable for families or small groups. The interior emphasizes comfort, and the villa features a private swimming pool, which is amazing for Kalkan's sunny days.

1. Bedroom: Lower Ground/Pool Floor, A double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

3. Bedroom: First Floor, A double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

There is a utility room on the lower ground level that contains a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Living Room

The living space has a stylish L-shaped sofa, a coffee table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV.

Kitchen

The kitchen features a fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, sandwich toaster, and all essential utensils needed for a self-catering experience. There is also a dining table for 6 in the kitchen.

Terrace and Pool

The lovely pool terrace has a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, an al-fresco dining table and a BBQ. An attendant completes cleaning and maintaining the pool and garden area daily.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before guests' arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled for reservations of 14 nights or longer. If you require additional cleaning, please inform us at the time of booking or during your stay to be informed about the extra cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are applied per clean. 

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. The deposit will be refunded during checkout if no damage has been caused to the property.
