Maksi Apart No.1(Kalkan, Ortaalan)

Maksi Apart No.1 is located in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan, within a 15-20 minute walk from the town centre, local shops, and restaurants.

The apartment spans two floors, with a design that separates the living spaces from the upper floors. The ground floor includes a living room with furnishings and an American-style kitchen with modern amenities. The lower ground floor contains 3 en-suite bedrooms designed to provide a separate and tranquil area away from the communal spaces.

Maksi Apart No.1 offers two pool terraces, each featuring a private swimming pool, allowing guests to enjoy outdoor relaxation in a Mediterranean setting.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom : A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

2. Bedroom : A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

3. Bedroom : Twin beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

Living room includes comfortable furnitures, air conditioning, dining table, wall mounted flat screen TV, coffee table, iron, ironing board, complimentary wifi.

Kitchen

Open plan kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, fridge, oven, hob and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The swimming pool, situated on the ground floor is surrounded with a nice pool terrace which comprises sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, al fresco dining table and BBQ. The  second swimming pool, situated on the lower ground floor is surrounded with pool terrace and grass area has sun loungers. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Apartment is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit is £100 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
