The Iskele Apartments are situated in the Lykia Estate area of Kalkan, across from the Asfiya Sea View Hotel, approximately a 5-10 minute walk from the town centre with various restaurants, bars, and shops. These apartments consist of 4 units, each spread over two floors and featuring a private pool. Iskele Apartment No.1 is one of the lower apartments and comprises 3 en-suite bedrooms, a generously sized pool, and a terrace area with beautiful sea views.
Lower Ground Floor
The lower ground floor of this welcoming apartment features 2 bedrooms, a double and a twin. Both rooms have an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a vanity table. Sliding glass doors lead to a terrace area, which is furnished with chairs and a side table.
A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are available for the guests’ use.
Ground Floor
The ground floor features an open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area. The kitchen is practical and includes a fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all the utensils needed for a self-catering stay. A table seating six people is suitable for indoor dining.
The living area includes a comfortable L-shaped sofa, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. Sliding doors provide easy access to the pool terrace.
The third bedroom, a double with an en-suite shower, is on this level. This bathroom can also be used as the main guest WC of the apartment. There are bedside tables, a wardrobe, a vanity table, and access to the pool terrace through glass sliding doors.
Outdoors
An inviting pool terrace provides lovely views of Kalkan Bay and the Mediterranean Sea. There are sun loungers, parasols, and an alfresco dining table. The refreshing pool is perfect for cooling off in the summer sun.
Cleaning and Maintenance
The apartment is cleaned before guests' arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled for reservations of 14 nights or longer. If you require additional cleaning, please inform us at the time of booking or during your stay to be informed about the extra cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are applied per clean. Cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden area are carried out by an attendant daily.
Refundable Security Deposit
The security deposit is £150, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. The deposit will be refunded during checkout if no damage has been caused to the property.
Note: The apartment forms part of a development that comprises three more Iskele Apartments ( 3 Bedrooms x 1, 2 Bedrooms x 2 ). This configuration is ideally suited to accommodating larger groups of any combination of apartments, with all four available for booking together (subject to availability).
