Villa Water Edge 4(Kalkan, Kalamar)

Villa Water's Edge 4 is a luxurious one-bedroom detached villa, one of four situated in the Kalamar area of Kalkan. The property forms part of a well-designed seven-villa development, and guests have access to a beach club-style split-level sunbathing area situated near the shoreline. This communal space allows you to enjoy the sun comfortably and stylishly, with each villa having its own designated area furnished with an adequate number of sun loungers. To access Water’s Edge 4, you will enter through a wooden gate from the street above, with ample parking space. There are a few steps down to the entrance door, which leads into the open plan living area of the property. 

Interior

The villa's open-plan living area is spacious and exhibits a high level of thoughtful design, providing ample room for relaxation. It is furnished with a sofa, a coffee table and a flat screen TV with satellite channels. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a gas hob with an extractor fan and an electric oven underneath, a kettle, a sandwich toaster and a round dining table with 2 chairs. The sliding glass doors open directly onto the pool terrace.

The gorgeous double bedroom is complete with a free-standing bath, a dressing table, a wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a washing machine, iron, ironing board and hairdryer at your disposal. The sliding glass doors open directly onto the pool terrace, offering stunning views of the bay.

Outdoors

The outdoor area has been designed with great thought and attention to detail, providing guests with a tranquil setting in which to relax and enjoy the panoramic vistas that surround the villa. The pool terrace features a salt water infinity pool set against a backdrop of captivating sea and mountain views. The pool is accompanied by two sun loungers, an al-fresco dining area and an additional seating area furnished with comfortable seating. The wooden gate at street level, which gives access to Water's Edge Villas 1, 2 and 3, leads past these villas down a path through olive groves to the sunbathing platforms and waterfront, where you can enjoy a day of swimming and snorkelling, or simply take advantage of the extra space to sunbathe and bask in the rays. Please be aware that the path from the villa back up to the road is quite steep, so it may not be suitable for people with mobility issues

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.

Note 1: The villa's pool can be heated upon request for an additional cost of £250 per week in the 2026 season.

Note 2: The property forms part of a development that comprises a further six Water's Edge properties ( 6 Bedroom, 4 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom, 1 Bedroom x 3 ). This configuration is ideally suited to accommodating larger groups comprising any combination of villas, with all seven available for booking together (subject to availability). This makes the property ideal for larger groups of family or friends, or even wedding guests who would like to holiday together but still have their own space.
