Villa Ventura is a delightful property, located in Kalamar district of Kalkan. The property is just a short 10-minute stroll away from Kalamar, Lures and Kulube Beach Clubs as well as a 15-20-minute walk to the Kalkan town center. It has 4 bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom, spread across the first and second floors. The living, dining and kitchen spaces are thoughtfully crafted with an elegant design, creating a sleek and spacious atmosphere. Stepping outside, Villa Ventura unfurls a world of leisure opportunities. A private pool with an integrated jacuzzi is positioned at the heart of the outdoor space. The terrace is well-appointed with cushioned sun loungers, parasols, comfortable outdoor seating, swing seat and al fresco dining area.

Note: The villa's pool can be heated upon request. The pool heating fee is an additional £210 per week.

4. Bedroom : A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. Situated on the second floor.

Living Room

The living room includes comfortable L-shape sofa, air conditioning, flat screen TV, coffee table, iron, ironing board and complimentary wifi. Sliding doors provide easy access to pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, island unit/breakfast bar, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace includes private swimming pool with an integrated jacuzzi, cushioned sun loungers, parasols, swing seat, outdoor seating, al fresco dining area and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
