Villa Skylight(Kalkan, Kalamar)

Villa Skylight is a luxurious villa tucked away in Kalamar district of Kalkan. This grand villa offers guests a clear and uninterrupted view of the sea. It's only a 5-minute drive or a half-hour walk from the town center. The beach clubs at Kalamar, Lures, and Kulube are also within a leisurely 20-25 minute walk downhill. The property is also equipped with plenty of entertainment options such as table tennis, table football, a pool table, and a gym area. Villa Skylight houses 3 en-suite bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. The rooftop terrace features an open-air jacuzzi. You can enjoy a relaxing soak while taking in the breathtaking sea views. The living area, kitchen, and dining area are spacious and exquisitely furnished, offering an ample space to enjoy your stay. The sun terrace of the villa features a private swimming pool with a jacuzzi jets, sun loungers, parasols and an al fresco dining table. At the back of the property, an outdoor seating area and a BBQ set can be found in the garden.

Note: The pool of the villa can be heated on request at an additional cost of £150 per week.

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool with jacuzzi jets, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
