Villa Safran View(Kalkan, Kalamar)

Villa Safran View is situated in the Kalamar area of Kalkan. The villa is positioned at an elevated level, overlooking the bay and mountains, which offer some of the best views of Kalkan. The property features 4 bedrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. Three bedrooms are located on the upper floors, providing panoramic views and ample natural light, while one bedroom is situated on the lower ground floor beneath the pool area with separate access. 

It includes a stylish interior and spacious outdoor areas. There are two outdoor pools, upper and bottom. The bottom one is an extensive infinity pool. The upper one has an integrated jacuzzi, suitable for use as a children's pool. 

The roof terrace features a round open-air jacuzzi and an unobstructed view of Kalkan. 

The villa is approximately five minutes from the Kalkan town centre and nearby beach clubs.

1. Bedroom: Lower Ground Floor, A double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, furnished terrace, bathroom and WC.

2. Bedroom: First Floor, A double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, balcony, bathroom and WC.

3. Bedroom: First Floor, Twin beds, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, balcony, bathroom and WC.

4. Bedroom: Second Floor, A double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

Contemporary lounge area has a seating group, coffee table, flat screen TV, DVD player, complimentary internet, air conditioning and seperate WC. It is easy to step out onto the pool terrace from living room through large sliding glass doors.

Kitchen

Full equipped American style kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required for your self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The terrace is split-level and has a private swimming pool on each platform. At the bottom is a deeper infinity pool with a surrounding sunbathing terrace including ample sun loungers and parasols. The upper terrace has a shallow pool with integrated jacuzzi, outdoor seating, shaded alfresco dining area and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
