Villa Safran Flower(Kalkan, Kalamar)

Built in 2024, Safran Flower is a luxurious property located in the serene Kalamar area of Kalkan. It is conveniently located just a 25-minute walk or a quick 5-minute taxi ride to the vibrant town center of Kalkan. Restaurants along the Kalamar road and a Carrefoursa Supermarket are within an 8-10 minute walk. Lures, Kalamar and Kulube beach clubs are all within a short 15 minute walk for those who love the beach. Villa Safran Flower offers 4 en-suite bedrooms designed to provide guests with ultimate comfort and privacy. The villa includes an indoor swimming pool, sauna, cinema room and exercise equipment for guest's entertainment and recreation. This spa area features also a kitchenette, a L-shaped sofa and a coffee table. The living space, dining area, and kitchen are tastefully designed with stylish touches and ample space, creating an inviting atmosphere for gatherings and leisure. Outside, the pool terrace has a private pool, sun loungers and parasols, providing an ideal setting for enjoying time in the sun. You can relax in the sunken conversation pit or take a seat in one of the outdoor seating areas for an intimate chat. The alfresco dining table and barbecue area offer the opportunity to dine al fresco.

Note : The indoor pool can be heated on request for an additional cost of £90 per day for the 2026 season. Please ask for the 2026 season.

Living Room

The living room features a cozy sofa set, coffee table, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. There is a utility room including a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, island unit, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, conversation pit, outdoor seating areas, an al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £850 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
