Villa Safran Country is located in the sought-after Kalamar area of Kalkan; the property has 5 bedrooms. The villa can accommodate 11 guests, as one of the bedrooms contains one double bed and one single bed. Each room in the villa has been designed and furnished with attention to detail and style.

The upper levels offer fantastic sea views, and the villa features a private Hammam, a Jacuzzi and a table tennis table. It also features a huge private pool and well-furnished outdoor terraces for further relaxation. 

Thanks to its excellent location, Villa Safran County is within walking distance of Kalamar and Lures Beach Clubs and very close to shops & markets. 

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: Ground Floor, A double bed, a single bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

2. Bedroom: First Floor, A double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, TV, Juliette balcony, bathroom and WC.

3. Bedroom: First Floor, A double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, TV, sea view balcony, bathroom and WC.

4. Bedroom: First Floor, A double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, TV, sea view balcony, bathroom and WC.

5. Bedroom: Second Floor, A double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, TV, bathroom and WC. This bedroom includes a private balcony featuring an open-air jacuzzi. The sliding doors lead to a spacious private roof terrace that offers panoramic sea views and Kalamar Bay. The roof terrace has a cushioned sofa set, a coffee table, a dining table with chairs, and two sunbeds.

Living Room

Elegantly designed living room has stone coal colour furnitures, dvd player, television, complimentary internet, air conditioning, nest of table and a seperate WC. Sliding doors provides easy access to pool terrace.

Kitchen

Open plan kitchen has been decorated tastefully.  It features a dishwasher, washing machine, dinner table, fridge, kettle, oven and hob and all the utensils required for your self catering stay. 

Terrace and Pool

The terrace encircles the villa and includes a freshwater pool. One end features Roman steps leading to a shallow children's pool with an integrated Jacuzzi, while ladder access is provided at the opposite end. The area around the pool comprises sun loungers and parasols. The grounds feature landscaping, and there is a secluded sunbathing area with a deck that includes privacy curtains and two day beds.

The terrace also has a comfy outdoor seating, a swing seat, an al fresco dining table for 10, and a stone BBQ. A table tennis table is also available. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
