This exclusive villa offers a wealth of amenities designed to make any stay unforgettable. The villa houses three en-suite bedrooms, each designed for ultimate comfort and relaxation. The double bedrooms are equipped with freestanding bathtubs for a relaxing bath at the end of the day. The bedrooms on the first floor offer stunning views of the sea and mountains from their furnished balconies. The rooftop terrace is a highlight of the Villa Red Palm. It not only offers a gorgeous view of the sea but also comes loaded with features - an open-air jacuzzi, a cinema area, a pool table, an outdoor daybed, step machine, treadmill and an al fresco dining table. The living area, kitchen, and dining area are spacious and luxurious, designed with an open-concept layout that leads directly to the pool terrace. The outside area of Villa Red Palm is a paradise for relaxation and entertainment. It features a swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, an outdoor jacuzzi, and a JBL Partybox for music lovers. A Bar lighting system sets the mood for the evening, and a glass table tennis setup offers endless fun. You can also unwind on the swing seat or outdoor daybed, or gather around the shaded al fresco dining table for a BBQ.

The living room features a comfortable L-shape sofa set, a coffee table, air conditioning, flat screen TV, soundbar and complimentary wifi. There is a utility room including a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor jacuzzi, table tennis, a swing seat, two outdoor daybeds, shaded al fresco dining table and a BBQ Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
