Villa Poyraz(Kalkan, Kalamar)

Villa Poyraz provides modern accommodation featuring a spacious living area, an expansive outdoor space and 4 bedrooms, each equipped with an en-suite bathroom. It is located in a quiet area of Kalkan's Kalamar Bay. The property is around a 10-minute’ walk to the Kalamar, Kulube and Lures Beach Clubs, CarrefourSa Supermarket and a 20-25-minute’ walk to Kalkan's old town restaurants, shops, bars and the beach. 

Guests can enjoy sea views and surrounding hills from the front patio, which includes outdoor seating arrangements. Adjacent to the terrace is a garden area with facilities for outdoor cooking, including a BBQ and kitchenette. The terrace also features a table tennis table to engage guests during summer evenings. 

The villa features a large infinity pool, multiple sun loungers on the central terrace, and a wooden dining table for outdoor meals. The interior consists of two floors, with three bedrooms on the first floor, arranged as two doubles and one twin, allowing proximity for families. Each bedroom offers sea views and access to furnished balconies. The ground floor contains an expansive living area with a living room, indoor dining area, and modern kitchen, all connected to the pool terrace via large sliding doors. A double en-suite bedroom is also located on the ground floor, providing convenient access to communal areas and the terrace.

Please be aware that due to the growth of trees in front of this villa, the sea views from the pool terrace level may be obstructed. As these trees are off the property owned by Villa Poyraz, trimming them is not possible.

4. Bedroom : First Floor, Twin beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

The living room features a plush L-shape sofa set, coffee table, media unit, air conditioning, wall-mounted flat-screen TV and complimentary wifi. There is a utility room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The sliding glass doors provide access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, island unit/breakfast bar, dining table for 8 and all the utensils required during your self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The expansive terrace surrounding the swimming pool provides delightful dining, lounging, and sunbathing areas. The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, a swing seat, a table tennis, an al fresco dining table and a BBQ. 

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before guests' arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled for reservations of 14 nights or longer. If you require additional cleaning, please inform us at the time of booking or during your stay to be informed about the extra cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are applied per clean. Cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden area are carried out by an attendant daily.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. The deposit will be refunded during checkout if no damage has been caused to the property.
