Villa Noname, situated in the Kalamar area of Kalkan, is a modern property spanning 4 floors. The lower ground floor and ground floor are dedicated to Villa Noname, offering 3 bedrooms. The ground floor features a spacious living room, a well-appointed kitchen and a double bedroom complete with a jacuzzi. The lower ground floor comprises a double and twin bedroom, along with a sauna and hammam. The lower ground level also offers additional amenities such as table tennis, table football, a treadmill, a swing seat and a seating area. External stairs lead to the ground floor level, where the pool terrace is located. The pool terrace has a private swimming pool with jacuzzi jets, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, a swing seat and an al fresco dining area. Kalamar, Lures, and Kulube Hotel Beach Clubs are all within a 10-minute walk. The nearest supermarket and restaurants can be reached within an 8-9 minute walk. Kalkan town center is approximately a 30-minute walk or a quick 5-6 minute drive.

American style kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace with swimming pool features sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, swing seat, shaded al fresco dining table and stone BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
