Villa Maysa(Kalkan, Kordere)

Villa Maysa is a contemporary 2 bedroom property located in an idyllic spot, overlooking the breathtaking Kalkan Bay, with panoramic views of Snake and Mouse Islands. The villa is situated just a short 5-6 minute drive away from Kalkan town centre, restaurants, shops and popular beach clubs. Both bedrooms in Villa Maysa offers delightful sea views. The master bedroom is equipped with a luxurious jacuzzi and a heated indoor pool featuring jacuzzi jets. The spacious living room and fully-equipped kitchen provide ample space for you. A table football is also available in the living area. When you step outside onto the pool terrace, you will be captivated by the marvellous sea views that stretch as far as the eye can see. The pool terrace features a swimming pool with an integrated children's pool section, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating and an al fresco dining area.

Note : Pool heating is available for the indoor pool at an additional cost of £32 per day.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom : A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, TV, jacuzzi, heated indoor pool, bathroom and WC.

2. Bedroom : Twin beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

The living room features comfortable sofa set, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV, coffee table, iron, ironing board and complimentary wifi. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool with an integrated children's pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
