Villa Maris(Kalkan, Kalamar)

Villa Maris is one of our luxury rental villa options that offers its guests a full sea and Kalamar bay view. It is located in the Kalamar area of Kalkan. Our villa has 5 bedrooms with lovely sea views and has a total accommodation capacity of 10 people. An unforgettable holiday awaits you and your loved by the large pool and pool terrace. Its construction was completed and put into service in 2016. It is within a walking distance from the beach which eliminates the need for a vehicle. Our villa is also very spacious in terms of architecture and has usage areas and is extremely stylish in design.

Bedrooms

1st Bedroom: Includes a double suite bedroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside table and a bathroom & WC.

2nd Bedroom: Includes a double suite bedroom, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside table, jacuzzi, air conditioner and a bathroom & WC.

3rd Bedroom: Includes 2 single bedrooms, wardrobe, air conditioner, vanity table, bedside table and a bathroom & WC.

4th Bedroom: Includes a double suite bedroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside table and a bathroom & WC.

5th Bedroom: Includes 2 single bedrooms, wardrobe, air conditioner, vanity table, bedside table and a bathroom & WC.

Living Room: Our spacious living room includes a modern sitting group, TV, internet, TV unit, iron, ironing board, coffee table in our large and spacious living room.

Kitchen: Our modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, 4 built-in stove, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dining table and kitchen utensils. There is an exit from the kitchen of our villa to the pool terrace.

Pool & Garden: Our garden area offers a private swimming pool, poolside seating, sun loungers, parasols, barbecue, dining table.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa will be handed to you fully cleaned and prepared and will later be cleaned once per week during your stay. If you request extra cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. those will be provided by the staff looking after our villa and will be charged as an extra fee. 

Deposit: A deposit of 200 pound is required at the entrance to the villa. The villa/apartment will be checked 10 minutes before the departure from the villa. The deposit will be returned to our guest if there are no problems such as any damage, broken or lost items.
