Villa Kamile Sultan is a contemporary 5-bedroom property that accommodates up to 10 guests, ideally in the centre of Kalkan. This prime location allows guests to reach the town centre, restaurants, shops, and bars within just a 10-minute walk. The villa is particularly well-suited for larger groups, whether friends or families, featuring a combination of 3 double beds and 4 single beds. Additionally, guests can enjoy an open-air double jacuzzi located on the top floor, enhancing the overall experience of relaxation and leisure.

4. Bedroom: Twin beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. Situated on the first floor.

5. Bedroom: A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. Situated on the second/top floor. 

Living Room

Open plan spacious living room features comfy furnitures, coffee table, wall mounted flat screen TV, air conditioning and complimentary internet. Glass sliding doors lead out onto the pool terrace.

Kitchen

The modern open plan fully eqipped kitchen includes appliances such as fridge freezer, water dispenser, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, oven, hob, microvawe, toaster, dining table and all the other utensils required for self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

Pool terrace includes a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, al fresco dining table and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
