Recently renovated to an exceptionally high standard, Villa Hillside 3 offers a wonderful combination of fabulous outdoor areas, stylish interiors, a large private pool with Jacuzzi( it can be used as children's paddling pool ) and stunning Kalkan Bay, Snake and Mouse Island views. The villa is situated in an elevated position above Kalamar Bay and offers outstanding views from all levels. Villa Hillside 3 has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests in stylish surroundings.

Living Room

Open plan lounge area with direct access to the pool and dining terraces via floor to ceiling sliding glass doors includes plush sofas, armchair, flat screen TV with satellite channels and DVD player, air conditioning, dining table and seperate WC.

Kitchen

Fully integrated kitchen includes fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and all the other utensils required for a self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The villa boasts a spacious pool terrace infinity pool which incorporates additional Jacuzzi area for guests to enjoy. The pool terrace is furnished with cushioned rattan sunloungers, parasols, outdoor seating, swing, al fresco dining table and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
