Villa Heaven(Kalkan, Kalamar)

Villa Heaven is a luxurious retreat in the Kalamar area, known for its outstanding Kalkan and Kalamar Bays views. The villa features three en-suite bedrooms designed for comfort. It includes a gym for fitness enthusiasts and spacious balconies and terraces that provide sea views.

Villa Heaven is situated a 5-minute taxi ride from Kalkan town centre, providing easy access to local restaurants, shops, and beach clubs. This property offers a combination of elegance and convenience, along with scenic views.

Ground Floor

The ground floor of the villa houses a living area, kitchen, dining area, gym and piano. The living space has an L-shaped sofa, an extra sofa, a coffee table, a piano, a fireplace and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with sound system. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs, offering amenities such as a dishwasher, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, an island unit, oven, and hob. The dining table for 6 is also situated next to the kitchen.

The sliding glass doors open out onto the pool terrace.

First Floor

Two of the bedrooms are located on this floor. 

Bedroom 1 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, vanity tables, wardrobes, a balcony with two rattan chairs, and a side table.

Bedroom 2 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, vanity tables, and wardrobes.

Second/Top Floor

The master bedroom occupies this floor.

Bedroom 3 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, vanity tables, wardrobes, a wall-mounted TV, and a terrace with outdoor seating.

Outdoors

The split-level terrace features a large private pool with ladder access. The pool terrace includes sun loungers, parasols, and outdoor seating. There is also an alfresco dining area equipped with a portable BBQ. Villa Heaven also has an expansive green lawn area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before guests' arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled for reservations of 14 nights or longer. If you require additional cleaning, please inform us at the time of booking or during your stay to be informed about the extra cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are applied per clean. Cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden area are carried out by an attendant daily.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. The deposit will be refunded during checkout if no damage has been caused to the property.
