Villa Golden Lotus is a detached 3-bedroom, budget-friendly property with lovely views, especially from the upper levels. The villa offers en suite facilities in all bedrooms, charming interiors, and ample outside space with a private swimming pool. Therefore, this villa is one of the best options in our portfolio, and it is an ideal choice for families or groups of friends.

Villa Golden Lotus is located in the Kalamar area, just opposite House Cafe. It is just a 5-minute walk from Lures and Kalamar Beach Clubs. Kalkan Town Centre is also a 20-25 minute walk from the villa.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: First Floor, A double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. The sliding glass doors open onto a private balcony with 2 chairs and a coffee table.

2. Bedroom: Second Floor, A double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC. The sliding glass doors open onto a private balcony with 2 chairs and a coffee table.

3. Bedroom: Third/Top Floor, Twin beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. This bedroom has access to a roof terrace with exceptional sea views of Kalamar Bay. The roof terrace is furnished with two sun loungers, outdoor seating, two chairs, and a side table.

Living Room

The living area features an L-shaped sofa, a coffee table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV.

Kitchen

The well-equipped kitchen has a fridge freezer, dishwasher, water cooler, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and all essential utensils needed for a self-catering experience. There is also a dining table within the kitchen.

Terrace and Pool

The patio terrace has a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, a swing seat, an al fresco dining table and a BBQ. An attendant completes cleaning and maintaining the pool and garden area daily.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before guests' arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled for reservations of 14 nights or longer. If you require additional cleaning, please inform us at the time of booking or during your stay to be informed about the extra cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are applied per clean. 

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. The deposit will be refunded during checkout if no damage has been caused to the property.
