Villa Eos(Kalkan, Kalamar)

Villa Eos has beautiful, stylish and contemporary design, located in an elevated position in the Kalamar Bay area of Kalkan. Designed to accommodate a group or family of 6, this property has three elegant bedrooms, each with a private balcony so you can take in the scenery at dawn or dusk, private 10m infinity pool, an outdoor kitchenette and BBQ area, table tennis and rooftop Jacuzzi. We are delighted to be able to offer our guests the opportunity to stay at this outstanding property in Kalamar, close to beach clubs, shops and bars in the area and about a 25 minute walk to the old town.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom : First floor, A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC.

2. Bedroom : First floor, Twin beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

3. Bedroom : Second/top floor, A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

The luxurious living room is bright and airy, connecting to the outside space via large sliding doors. This room is furnished with air conditioning, a satellite receiver, wall mounted flat screen TV, DVD Player, sitting group and coffee table.

Kitchen

Fully fitted and well equipped kitchen features dining table, microwave, dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster and all the other utensils required during a self catering stay. The kitchen is located on the pool floor, with views of the pool and sea.

Terrace and Pool

The spacious terrace surrounds the front and side of the villa and incorporates the infinity swimming pool. To the side of the villa is a dining table, a kitchenette with sink, cupboard and BBQ. The swimming pool terrace has comfy sun loungers, parasols, a cushioned Ottoman style seating area and a day bed. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
