Villa Elena 2, situated in the picturesque Kalamar Bay, offers an exquisite retreat with its 4 thoughtfully designed en-suite bedrooms, ensuring optimal comfort and privacy for all guests. The villa boasts contemporary interiors and a generous outdoor space, complete with a private swimming pool enveloped by lush greenery and inviting lounging areas, perfect for sunbathing or al fresco dining. Guests can also savour spectacular, panoramic sea views of Kalamar Bay from various vantage points. The property also offers a games room, including a table tennis table, and a table football.

The most notable aspect of the villa is its direct access to the bay's waters via a flight of stairs, located approximately 70-80 meters from the property, which leads to a private swimming platform along the rocky coastline. This spot offers chances for swimming and sunbathing.

***It is important to note that the stairs leading to the sea may be challenging for individuals with mobility issues, making this property more appropriate for those who can navigate the landscape.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: Twin beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, and vanity table. This bedroom's shower room and WC are situated across the hallway.

2. Bedroom: Twin beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

3. Bedroom: A double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

4. Bedroom: A double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, TV, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

The living room houses a sofa set, a coffee table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. There is also another space with an L-shaped sofa and a fireplace. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are available in the laundry room. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, hob, and all the necessary utensils for your self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The sun terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, and an outdoor dining table. The stone BBQ is situated one level below the sun terrace, accompanied by an outdoor seating area that offers enchanting sea views. An attendant completes daily cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
