The first-floor bedrooms come with furnished balconies overlooking the sea, while the second-floor bedroom offers a terrace with splendid sea views and an open-air jacuzzi. The living space, dining area, and kitchen are thoughtfully designed to provide ample room for socializing and entertaining. Outside, the villa features a spacious sun terrace. It has a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, a swinging seat, shaded outdoor seating, a shaded al fresco dining table.

The living room offers a L-shape sofa set, coffee table, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. There is a utility room including a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, island unit, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, a swinging seat, shaded outdoor seating, a shaded al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
