Villa Aura A is one of two identical adjoining villas located in the sought-after Kalamar area of Kalkan, offering exclusivity and tranquillity. The villa features a pool, panoramic sea views, bespoke design elements, and spacious accommodation with 3 en-suite bedrooms for up to 6 guests. The interior design reflects luxury, and the outdoor area provides mesmerising views, a thoughtfully created terrace complementing the pool, and a meticulously landscaped garden. 

The villa is close to CarrefourSa Supermarket, restaurants( The Brothers, Porchini, The Kitchen by Korsan, Cafe Vita ), and famous beach clubs in the Kalamar area, such as Lures, Kulube and Kalamar Beach Clubs, and it is a short taxi ride away from Kalkans' picturesque old town.

Ground Floor

The villa can be accessed through the lower-ground parking area, with stairs leading up to the pool and garden. The main entrance on the left leads to a modern open-plan kitchen, living and dining areas. To the front, a fashionable wooden staircase leads to the first floor, featuring an appealing raised garden bed underneath. 

The living room is spacious, with carefully selected furnishings for style and comfort, including a sofa set, coffee table, and wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen features a fridge-freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all the necessary utensils and dinnerware for a self-catering stay. The kitchen island provides seating and functions as a practical dining table.

A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also available on this level for the guests' use.

First Floor

The first bedroom on the floor is a double with an en-suite shower room with bedside tables, a wardrobe and a vanity unit. Large glass sliding doors offer breathtaking sea views and open onto a Juliet balcony.

The second double bedroom along the hallway features an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a vanity unit. This room has a private balcony accessed through sliding glass doors with endless panoramic views.

Second Floor

A second wooden staircase leads to the top floor where the third bedroom, a double with en-suite shower room, is located. This bedroom has bedside tables, a wardrobe and a vanity unit, plus a large wrap-around balcony through sliding glass doors, showcasing stunning views to the front and side of the villa. 

Outdoors

The spacious outdoor area features a swimming pool surrounded by a generously designed outdoor sanctuary, offering the perfect setting for relaxation and leisure. Alongside one side of the pool is a sunken cushioned seating area, and on the lawn area in front, bean bags and a swing chair are strategically placed to optimise the inspiring sea and island views without interruption. The pool terrace has sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating with a coffee table, an alfresco dining table and a BBQ.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before guests' arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled for reservations of 14 nights or longer. If you require additional cleaning, please inform us at the time of booking or during your stay to be informed about the extra cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are applied per clean. Cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden area are carried out by an attendant daily.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £100, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. The deposit will be refunded during checkout if no damage has been caused to the property.
