Villa Ausoleil is a grand property in our exclusive collection, offering unmatched views of Kalkan Bay and is located just a 25-minute walk or a 5-minute taxi ride from Kalkan's old town as well as Kalamar, Lures and Kulube Beach Clubs. You can also walk for 15 minutes to discover restaurants on Kalamar Road, Carrefoursa supermarket and Can Can market. The villa has 5 en-suite bedrooms, each providing a stunning vistas of the sea. The bedroom on the top floor also features a freestanding bathtub for that extra touch of luxury. The chic interiors extend to the living area and kitchen, promising a comfortable stay. Outside, there is a large infinity pool with jacuzzi jets, alongside a separate children's pool. The sun terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a swing seat, outdoor seating and a pool bed for ultimate relaxation. At the side of  of the property, you can also enjoy an al fresco dining table, a cushioned seating area and a BBQ.

Note : The pool of the villa can be heated if requested. Pool heating fee is extra £265 weekly.

The living room features comfortable L-shape sofa set, coffee table, air conditioning, flat screen TV, a premium sound system and complimentary wifi. There is a utility room including a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, island unit, breakfast bar, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool with jacuzzi jets and children's pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, a pool bed, a swing seat, shaded seating corner, shaded al fresco dining table, a BBQ and kitchenette. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £350 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
