Villa Arcadia is a contemporary property located in Kalamar Bay.It is located just a short 5-minute walk from local beach clubs and within 15-20 minutes of the old town of Kalkan. The property has 4 well-appointed en-suite bedrooms. Villa Arcadia features an outdoor jacuzzi, a bar area with stools and a small fridge and outdoor seating on the roof terrace with wonderful sea and mountain views as well as a terrace on the first floor which has a distinctive outdoor jacuzzi pool, complete with a waterfall feature that gracefully descends into the main swimming pool. Interiors of the villaa has an open-plan layout, with a modern and fully-equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area and a comfortable living space. Outside, Villa Arcadia offers a private pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating and an al-fresco dining area complete with a BBQ. Surrounded by lush greenery, this outdoor space has partial sea views and is perfect for relaxation.

2. Bedroom : Twin beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. Situated on the first floor.

3. Bedroom : A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. Situated on the second floor.

4. Bedroom : A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. Situated on the third floor.

Living Room

The living room includes L-shape sofa, armchair, air conditioning, flat screen TV, coffee table, iron, ironing board and complimentary wifi. Sliding doors provide easy access to pool area.

Kitchen

American style kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace includes private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, al fresco dining area and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
