Villa Akasya is a visually impressive property located in an elevated position in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan, offering panoramic vistas of Kalkan Bay. The villa comprises three en-suite bedrooms, with the master bedroom featuring a jacuzzi. Guests can enjoy the scenic beauty from balconies and a spacious terrace.

The property's architecture is carefully designed to focus on leisure and socializing, complete with recreational facilities like a table tennis table and table football and a spacious grassy area decorated with a hammock.

Villa Akasya's secluded setting ensures a high degree of privacy, while its opulent amenities provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay. 

The villa's location provides access to Kalkan town centre, which is approximately a 4-5 minute taxi ride away. This proximity allows guests to easily reach various restaurants, bars, shops, and beach clubs.

Ground Floor

The property is accessible from the street above through stairs from the garage. The ground floor of the villa features a living area, kitchen, and dining space. The living area includes two sofas, a bench seat, two coffee tables, and a flat-screen TV mounted on the wall. The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your requirements, boasting appliances like a dishwasher, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, Bosch Filter Coffee machine, oven, and hob. A dining table that accommodates six is also located in the kitchen.

A laundry area is available, including a washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes airer.

The sliding glass doors open out onto the pool terrace.

First Floor

Two of the bedrooms are located on this floor. 

Bedroom 1 is a double room with an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi. The room has bedside tables, a wing chair, vanity tables, wardrobes, a safe, a wall-mounted TV, a balcony with two chairs, and a side table.

Bedroom 2 is a twin room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, a wall-mounted TV, vanity tables, and wardrobes.

Second/Top Floor

The spacious master bedroom is situated on this floor, featuring large windows that fill the space with natural light and offer stunning views.

Bedroom 3 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, a wing chair, vanity tables, wardrobes, a wall-mounted TV, a terrace with two chairs, and a side table.

Outdoors

Villa Akasya is surrounded by a vast grassy expanse and an extensive pool terrace. The pool terrace features a spacious infinity pool with Roman-style steps and a section dedicated to children’s swimming. The property has 6 sun loungers, parasols, a swing seat, a pergola-shaded al fresco dining table on the pool terrace and a BBQ, a table tennis table, a table football and a hammock on the grassy area at the rear.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.

NOTE: If you are travelling with a larger group and would like to have more than one property nearby, Villa Akasya is located next door to the 4-bedroom Villa Nautilus.
